Webmasters and mistresses: trouble with the website

From: yooperann (wfisher47@attbi.com) | Date: 2003-08-23 04:43:22 UTC
I've been out of commission for a few months dealing with multiple
family crises, but I've received a couple of e-mails about my boxes,
including an email that made it obvious that I'd made an error in the
directions to one. When I went to fix it, however, I found out, that
although I can sign in to the website, I come up as not owning any
boxes. I tried to write Wes, but I'm sure he's buried in helping
clients fend off viruses and I haven't heard back. The only clue that
something may have gotten screwed up is that the site says "welcome
Ann," instead of "welcome, Yooperann" which I think it used to say.
I do have a couple of email addresses, but the others didn't register
at all. Maybe yooperann owns the boxes and she got banned, but I had
a second account that doesn't own any boxes? Any help will be
appreciated. Thanks. And everyone is out of the hospital and will
eventually be home.

There's no banning at LbNA! If you have a moment to post me off list
with the details I'd be glad to help you get back on track. Jay
